1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Mothered Founders Club, a professional community platform operated by Mothered Media (registration number 99944588) ("Mothered Media," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mothered Founders Club application, website, membership services, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account or otherwise accepting these Terms, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Mothered Media.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not create an account or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register.

The Platform is intended primarily for founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals interested in entrepreneurship and community networking.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Membership eligibility criteria, if any, will be published separately.

3. Community Purpose

Mothered Founders Club provides a space for professional networking, founder collaboration, business discussions, educational resources, and community participation.

Available features may include:

• Member profiles and directories

• Industry and interest-based groups

• Discussion forums

• Direct messaging

• Founder matchmaking

• Events, educational content, and networking opportunities

• Free or paid membership benefits

Specific features may change over time.

4. Member Conduct

Members agree to interact respectfully and professionally.

You may not:

1. Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other members.

1. Engage in unlawful discrimination or hateful conduct.

1. Publish fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.

1. Send unsolicited bulk messages or engage in aggressive commercial solicitation.

1. Collect, scrape, sell, or redistribute member information without authorization.

1. Share another member's confidential information without permission.

1. Impersonate another person or misrepresent professional credentials.

1. Upload malicious software or interfere with Platform security.

1. Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

1. Use the Platform for unlawful activity.

Mothered Media may investigate reported violations and take proportionate enforcement action, including content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate explanations and opportunities to contest moderation decisions.

5. Member Profiles and Networking

Members are responsible for the accuracy of their professional profiles and the information they share.

Mothered Media does not independently guarantee the identity, qualifications, business performance, or trustworthiness of every member.

Members are responsible for evaluating potential business partners, service providers, collaborators, and commercial opportunities.

Participation in founder matchmaking does not create an agency, employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between Mothered Media and members.

6. Member Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of original content you submit to the Platform.

By posting or uploading content, you grant Mothered Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Platform.

This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, except to the extent continued processing is reasonably necessary for existing authorized uses, backups, legal obligations, or content shared with other members.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content.

Mothered Media retains ownership of its trademarks, branding, software, designs, and original Platform materials.

You may not use Mothered Media branding without authorization.

7. Confidentiality and Member Privacy

Members must respect the privacy of other members.

You may not disclose private messages, non-public business information, contact details, or confidential discussions without appropriate authorization.

However, members should not assume that information shared with another person will remain confidential.

Mothered Media cannot guarantee that other members will maintain confidentiality or refrain from independently copying information they receive.

Members should use appropriate confidentiality agreements before sharing sensitive commercial information.

8. Paid Memberships and Subscriptions

The Mothered F.C. app requires a paid subscription.

Before purchase, we will disclose the applicable price, billing frequency, subscription duration, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation process, and any free-trial conditions. Prices are shown in US dollars or euros depending on your location, and you can switch the currency before you pay; you are charged in the currency shown at checkout.

If a subscription automatically renews, we will obtain any separate consent required by applicable law.

Members may cancel through the process outlined in the app.

Unless otherwise stated in the purchase terms or required by law, cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically end access before the current paid period expires.

Refunds, statutory cancellation rights, and withdrawal rights will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.

For eligible EU consumers, statutory withdrawal rights and any applicable exceptions will be explained during checkout.

Where subscriptions are purchased through an app store, applicable app-store billing and cancellation procedures may also apply.

9. Events and Third-Party Services

Mothered Media may facilitate virtual events, in-person gatherings, educational sessions, and access to third-party services.

Separate registration conditions or third-party terms may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party providers are responsible for their own products and services.

10. No Professional or Financial Advice

Content shared through Mothered Founders Club is intended for general informational, educational, and networking purposes.

The Platform does not provide individualized legal, financial, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

Members should obtain qualified professional guidance before making significant business or financial decisions.

11. No Guarantee of Business Results

Mothered Media does not guarantee that participation will result in funding, partnerships, clients, revenue, employment, investment, or other business outcomes.

Networking and matchmaking opportunities depend on numerous factors outside our control.

12. Suspension and Termination

Members may discontinue use of the Platform and request account deletion.

Mothered Media may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, security risks, or other legitimate reasons consistent with applicable law.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address violations.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that legally survive termination.

13. Availability and Changes

We aim to maintain a reliable and accessible Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may modify features, maintain systems, or discontinue services, subject to applicable contractual and consumer rights.

Material changes affecting paid services will be communicated as required by law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mothered Media is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from member-to-member dealings, independent commercial decisions, or unauthorized conduct by other members.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Any additional monetary liability cap must be specified separately and reviewed for enforceability under applicable consumer laws.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, members may be responsible for losses reasonably arising from their unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material breaches of these Terms.

This provision does not limit statutory consumer rights or impose liability prohibited by applicable law.

17. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information are described in the Mothered Founders Club Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for legitimate business, operational, security, or legal reasons.

We will provide appropriate advance notice of material changes where required by law.

Where applicable, members may be required to accept updated Terms before continuing to use certain services.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in a member's country or state of residence.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of rights or judicial remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Members may contact connect@motheredmedia.com to seek an informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

Any jurisdiction-specific dispute provisions must comply with applicable consumer-protection laws.
